Shipping Policy

1. General Information
We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays and natural disasters.
2. Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours — and often sooner.
Orders placed after hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within Australia:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
*All shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the ordered product. Express shipping can be arranged on request.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to international addresses or P.O. Boxes.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver within the expected time frame, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed or missing, email us at admin@assurancefirstaidkits.com.au with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to us, you may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
