Returns & Refunds Policy

If something’s not right, we’ll sort it — fast and fair.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us at admin@assurancefirstaidkits.com.au within 5 business days of receiving it. We’ll cover return shipping and organise a replacement or refund — no extra cost to you.

Change of Mind

We understand plans change. If you decide the product isn’t right for you, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange — just note:

Return shipping is at your cost
A $15 repack and restock fee will apply
Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Once we receive the returned kit in original condition, we’ll process a refund to your bank account or issue a store credit. If any items are missing or used, we’ll let you know about any further costs before processing.

Incorrect Address Returns

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-send fee will apply. Our team will contact you with next steps and reshipping costs.

Refunds Will Be Issued When:

Your item arrives damaged or faulty
The item is significantly different from what’s shown or described
The item differs from a sample we’ve provided

To request a refund or replacement, email us at admin@assurancefirstaidkits.com.au within 5 working days of receiving your order. We’ll review your request and process any approved refunds within 14 days.

All items must be returned in original condition. Refunds will be processed via direct deposit (EFT) or credited to your store account.

We Don’t Offer Refunds If:

You’ve changed your mind after the return window
You chose the wrong kit, colour, or size
You damaged the product after it arrived
You found the item cheaper elsewhere
You can no longer afford the product

Product Expiry Dates

When you purchase directly from assurancefirstaidkits.com.au, we guarantee at least 12 months shelf life on perishable medical items. If you bought from a third-party reseller, we can’t guarantee expiry windows.
