Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective August 2025

If something’s not right, we’ll sort it — fast and fair.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at admin@assurancefirstaidkits.com.au with your order number.

Please note that returns will need to be sent by mail to the following address: 3, 20 Talbragar St Dubbo NSW 2830

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a printable return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us with in 5 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Assurance First Aid Kits will cover the shipping cost for any damaged or defective products.

Exchanges

Should you change your mind and want to exchange for a different product, please email us at admin@assurancefirstaidkits.com.au

Please note that the shipping cost for exchanges and change of mind are the responsibility of the customer. We charge a $15.00 restocking fee.

Incorrect Address Returns

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-send fee will apply. Our team will contact you with next steps and reshipping costs.

Refunds Will Be Issued When:

  • Your item arrives damaged or faulty
  • The item is significantly different from what’s shown or described
  • The item differs from a sample we’ve provided

To request a refund or replacement, email us at admin@assurancefirstaidkits.com.au within 5 working days of receiving your order. We’ll review your request and process any approved refunds within 14 days.

All items must be returned in original condition. Refunds will be processed via direct deposit (EFT) or credited to your store account.

We Don’t Offer Refunds If:

  • You’ve changed your mind after the return window
  • You chose the wrong kit, colour, or size
  • You damaged the product after it arrived
  • You found the item cheaper elsewhere
  • You can no longer afford the product

Product Expiry Dates

When you purchase directly from assurancefirstaidkits.com.au, we guarantee at least 12 months shelf life on perishable medical items. If you bought from a third-party reseller, we can’t guarantee expiry windows.
