1. Website Use

Our website is here to help you learn, browse, and buy. You agree not to misuse the site or its content — that means no copying, scraping, hacking, or using our name in ways that harm our brand or customers.

We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices on our website are in AUD and include GST where applicable. When you place an order, you agree that:

• You’ve provided correct delivery details
• Your payment details are accurate and authorised
• You understand what’s included in the kit (see product pages for full contents)

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if we detect issues with stock, payment, or shipping details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Timeframes and fees are listed at checkout. While we aim to deliver quickly, external delays (postal service, weather, etc.) are outside our control.

You’re responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-shipping fee will apply.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Damaged or incorrect items: We’ll cover return costs and fix it fast.
• Change of mind: You cover return shipping. A $15 restock and repack fee applies.
• Refunds are processed via EFT or store credit within 14 days of approval.
• Requests must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order.

5. Product Use & Limitations

Assurance First Aid Kits are designed for first aid support in emergencies. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for how the kit is used
• You understand we are not liable for outcomes resulting from incorrect use or misuse
• You agree to seek emergency medical attention when needed

We strongly recommend completing accredited first aid training to make the most of your kit.

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by Australian law, we are not liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use (or misuse) of our products
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss caused by delay, external services (like couriers), or site downtime

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, product designs, text, images, and layouts — belongs to Assurance First Aid Kits and is protected by copyright and IP laws. Don’t copy or use it without permission.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy — we don’t sell, misuse, or share your info unnecessarily.
