Description
The NSW Police Operational Vehicle First Aid Kit has been built in direct consultation with NSW Police staff to meet the specific operational requirements of officers across all NSW Local Area Commands. This is not a generic workplace kit adapted for police use — it has been designed from the ground up for the environment, the incidents, and the standards that NSW Police operate under.
Contents are updated regularly in line with operational requirements and are available by request. This kit is suitable for all NSW LACs and meets the SafeWork Australia Code of Practice for First Aid in the Workplace — applied at the standard NSW Police require, not the minimum a standard employer might accept.
- Built to NSW Police operational specifications — suitable for all NSW LACs Developed in consultation with NSW Police staff and updated regularly to reflect current operational requirements. Every item has been selected for the incidents officers actually respond to — not a standard vehicle kit with a police logo on it. Contents are intentionally not published publicly and are available on request to verified NSW Police personnel and command staff.
- TGA-approved consumables, long expiry, packed for operational readiness All consumables are TGA-approved, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Items are selected for operational relevance — nothing added to bulk up a count, everything included because it may be needed in the field. Long expiry dates across consumable items mean the kit remains operationally ready between scheduled maintenance cycles.
- Meets SafeWork Australia Code of Practice for First Aid in the Workplace NSW Police apply WHS obligations at a high standard across all commands. This kit is built to meet those obligations — not the baseline minimum. SafeWork Australia's model WHS legislation and Code of Practice for First Aid are the compliance framework this kit is designed against, with contents appropriate for remote, high-risk, and isolated operational environments.
- Hi-vis red soft bag — packed and inspected by hand in Dubbo, NSW Every kit is packed and inspected by hand in Dubbo, NSW. Our founder has 18 years experience as a remote first aid trainer — including active service with the Dubbo VRA, two years in aeromedical patient transport with Airmed, and qualification as an EMT. This is not a kit designed by a catalogue buyer.
