Description
The advice on tick removal changed — squeezing or pulling a tick can push more saliva into the bite, which is exactly what you don't want. Freeze it first, then remove it properly — this kit gives you every step in the right order, in one box.
- ✓ Freeze it, don't squeeze it. Tick Tox® kills the tick on contact with a snap-freeze spray, so it's dead before you touch it — no risk of it injecting more saliva as you remove it.
- ✓ The right size tool, every time. Two Tick Twister packs give you three sizes between them — for the tiny nymph ticks and the fully engorged ones, on people or pets.
- ✓ Skin prepped properly, not just wiped over. Two shavers clear the hair so nothing's in the way, then four povidone iodine swabs clean the bite site so it doesn't get infected.
- ✓ Built for the whole family — pets included. One kit covers everyone in the house and the dog, so you're not hunting through three different drawers when someone comes in from the yard with a tick attached.
Built for anyone living, working or exploring in tick country — farm and rural families, dog owners, campers and hikers. If you spend time in long grass or bushland, this lives in the car or the cupboard, not buried in a first aid kit you never open. See our full hiking and outdoor range for kits built for the same conditions.
