Description

Most cardiac arrests do not happen in a workplace with a first aid kit nearby. They happen in car parks, on footpaths, at sporting events, in shopping centres — and the person who responds is whoever is standing there. The Key Ring CPR Face Shield + Gloves puts a CPR barrier and a pair of gloves on your keys so that wherever you are, you have what you need to respond safely without hesitation.

The disposable face shield and gloves are stored in a compact, sturdy pouch attached to a keyring — on your car keys, your bag, your lanyard. The barrier that removes the reluctance to act is always within reach, not sitting in a kit bag in another room.

  • CPR face shield with one-way valve — always on your keys The face shield provides a barrier between the rescuer and the patient during rescue breathing, with a one-way valve that allows air to pass from rescuer to patient while preventing backflow. Stored on a keyring, it is with you in every environment where a cardiac arrest might occur — not locked in an office or left in a vehicle. The difference between having a barrier and not having one is often the difference between performing rescue breathing and not performing it.
  • Gloves included — complete barrier protection for the rescuer A pair of disposable gloves is included alongside the face shield, providing complete barrier protection for both airway and hand contact during CPR. In an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest involving a stranger, gloves matter — the health status of the patient is unknown and blood or fluid contact is a realistic possibility during sustained resuscitation.
  • Sturdy pouch with keyring attachment — compact and always accessible The keyring pouch is durable enough to survive daily carry on a set of keys without degrading or accidentally opening. Compact enough to sit alongside car keys, bag keys, or a lanyard without bulk. Attaches in seconds and stays attached — so the barrier is there every time, not just when you remember to bring it.
  • Single-use, disposable — suited to everyday carry for trained and untrained responders Designed for use outside a clinical setting by anyone — trained first aiders, workplace first aid officers, and bystanders with CPR training who want to be prepared to act safely wherever they are. Single-use and replaced after deployment. Ships from Dubbo, NSW within 2 business days.
The Key Ring CPR Face Shield + Gloves is the everyday carry option for anyone who wants to be able to respond to a cardiac arrest safely outside of a formal first aid setting. For workplace kit inclusion, the disposable face shield sachet and the CPR mask in hard cover are available in the same range. Download the Safety Data Sheet for full product specifications.

FAQs

What is the Key Ring CPR Face Shield + Gloves?
The Key Ring CPR Face Shield + Gloves is a compact CPR barrier kit stored in a sturdy pouch with a keyring attachment. It includes a disposable face shield with a one-way valve for rescue breathing and a pair of disposable gloves for hand protection during CPR. It is designed for everyday carry on keys, a bag, or a lanyard so a CPR barrier is always accessible outside of a formal first aid setting.

Why carry a CPR shield on your keys?
Most cardiac arrests occur outside of workplaces and formal first aid settings — in public spaces, vehicles, and homes where a first aid kit is not nearby. A keyring CPR shield means the barrier is with you wherever you are, not stored in a kit that may be in another room or vehicle. Having the barrier removes a common reason people hesitate to perform rescue breathing on a stranger — concern about direct mouth-to-mouth contact.

Why are gloves included with the face shield?
Gloves provide barrier protection for hand contact during CPR — relevant when the health status of the patient is unknown and blood or fluid contact is a realistic possibility during sustained resuscitation. The combination of face shield and gloves provides complete barrier protection for the rescuer in an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest situation.

Is this suitable for untrained bystanders as well as trained first aiders?
Yes. The Key Ring CPR Face Shield + Gloves is designed for use outside a clinical setting by anyone — trained first aiders, workplace first aid officers, and bystanders with CPR training who want to be prepared to respond safely wherever they are.

Is this product single-use?
Yes. The face shield and gloves are single-use and disposable. Replace the keyring pouch after deployment to ensure you always have a ready barrier on hand.

How quickly does this ship?
The Key Ring CPR Face Shield + Gloves ships from Dubbo, NSW within 2 business days.

About Assurance First Aid Kits

It started back in 2008 when Samantha, a first aid trainer, kept getting the same question from her students: "But what kit should I actually buy?" After years of recommending products that didn't quite hit the mark, she and her partner Dan decided to build one themselves — right here in Dubbo, NSW.

Every kit is hand-assembled by Dan in our Dubbo store using 85% Australian-made components. No cheap fillers, no imported bulk packs — just quality gear that works when it matters most.

Samantha still trains, alongside Max and Neil, delivering nationally recognised first aid courses in Dubbo and surrounding areas. That real-world training experience is baked into every kit we build.

We're not a warehouse. We're not a big box retailer. We're a small Australian team who genuinely care whether you're prepared.
