• Does this kit have the snake bite bandage with indicator markers?

• Can I reuse the snake bite bandage, or does it need to be sterile each time?

  The pressure immobilisation bandage isn't required to be sterile — it's a firm elasticised wrap, not a wound dressing.

  After a snake bite, venom can remain on the bandage and stay dangerous, so replace it to be safe rather than risk reusing it.

  If it's only ever been used for something like a sprain — no venom involved, and the bandage isn't stretched or misshapen — it can be washed in warm soapy water, air dried, and used again in your snake bite kit

• What happens if the snake bite bandage is too loose?

  It won't do its job. Pressure immobilisation only works with firm, even compression the entire length of the limb, tip to pit. Loose doesn't slow venom movement through the lymphatic system.

• What happens if I wrap the snake bite bandage too tight?
